Mountain Road Racing was formally launched in 2006 and breaking into the Classic Competition's top twenty in Targa Tasmania that same year was a top highlight. Robert has built on that success and through the next three competitive seasons established the foundation of a great team and the start of Mountain Road Racing as a business with exciting plans into the future! Last year also marked the start of his well-prepared Alfa Romeo 147 GTA's campaign in the 2009 Targa Tasmania 'Early Moderns' competition, his sixth Targa Tas event, and the GTA is currently undergoing preparation for Mountain Road Racing's seventh Targa (TT10) at the end of April! Robert's main goals for Mountain Road Racing are to compete to a high standard, continue building the strong business brand with our highly focused team and to organise a dynamic effort promoting the team’s Sponsoring Partners, achieving greater success for them and the team itself.
